Amazing product, truly. The set up was easy and took about 10mins. It cane packaged well and boy is the quality of this good. Really strong and heavy, enough to pull/pull heavy curtains. Would recommend 👍.

Item is hefty and does not feel that it is made with fragile materials. However the instructions are not clear, i have attempted to set the stop limits but have not been able to. I purchased this one as a test for one of the windows of my property and the intent is to obtain more and integrate into my smarthome ecosystem but as indicated above, i still need to properly set it up. As far as support, i am unsure as of who i can contact for help with the issue is have with setting the stop limits.

Express shipping – in 6days in poland. In general it works just like that on circular curtain rod. Also it works with ikea vidga rail after small modification – in attachment. Remote control work, not tested with ha – yet over zigbee, but i’m placing second order. I realized that it need a second piece for the bedroom – rod – also from ikea 😉
