This is a nice piece of kit. Setup was straightforward using the dongle and also integration with google home. There are more elegant solutions for powering roller blinds but for price and ease of setup this is great.

Truly exceptional article, it fulfills its functions. It works perfectly both from remote control and with Alexa. The APP on SmartLife is not implemented too well. The location of the tent only updates in some cases, even the temperature is not regularly updated within the APP. But why use the APP when you have Alexa, the remote control and also want the Keys on the device? ATTENTION to use with Alexa, for example, if you ask Alexa to open the curtain and stop the movement, always using Alexa the device loses the memory of the position reaching the end of the run and risking damaging the tent.

This has been absolutely brilliant for my grandmother. The separate remote that’s simple to use and has a good range is perfect for her. The set-up wasn’t the best as there is a few second delay when training the motor when to stop so it can take a few attempts to get the timing just right. The battery life is great and you’ll very rarely have to charge them. The multiple adaptors make it compatible with several different types of blind cords and if you need to use the included adhesive tapes it seems to be very strong and should hold up well. My only complaint is how it clips into the back plate, put off the box it was far too loose and would just slide off as the motor moved, bending the plastic has resolved this but it was a little disconcerting to do. Overall however these are fantastic for the price and I have since bought an additional 2 units since my initial purchase.
