Very good. The remote opening does not work all the times. Camera does not open in app to do remote open.

The product arrived very quickly. It’s up to pay additional nationalization. It works very well, it arrived with some scratches on the external screen (where the camera is located) but it does not generate any inconvenience or malfunction.

I haven’t installed it yet, so I don’t know if it’s working well. It came packed with a good reinforcement, it’s pretty good and uses 4 batteries that don’t come with the device.

It works perfectly. I chose a small lock, so I had to adapt the change from the previous lock. I recommend that you measure the space you have to put the lock well. Easy to use.
by Customer
Average finish, what I liked least was that always when turning on the camera lights the external LEDs delivering that there are people at home

A great product, but it needs experience in order to install it, and there are clips on YouTube that help to do that

Nice castle. Everything is included. Of course not for the outside door (if there are no additional locks in the door). Everything is easily adjusted. I recommend the seller.

I bought it on Friday and it arrived on Monday with stock in Brazil. It already comes with the drill specifications, all manuals, and a QR code for the installation and configuration video link. It was very easy to install, I only feel limited by the integration with Tuya. I had a bit of trouble during the operation and almost got stuck on the outside. But there is one very positive point, which is that she speaks Portuguese.

Working perfectly, it took a little effort to install myself but it turned out very good. Only pay attention if your door is less than 3.5 cm, as mine is thinner, I had to use some cardboard as a makeshift solution but it ended up working!
by a***m
The device arrived in record time. The packaging was excellent, with two keys and four cards, with the same size lock heart. The experiment was underway.

Well packed but not fixed yet.

The user guide is not clear and does not explain many points, including how to add a secret code to the manager. The screen can only be used to display the camera.
by a***d
The installation is very difficult and needs a carpenter and programming is very easy Arabic language is clear, but the application is paid for some services and the battery is quickly discharged

I thank the seller for his credibility and quick response, and this is the second time I have ordered the same product from him I recommend dealing with him
